There is no charge for the first 30 Days after the first package arrives. If it exceeds 30 Days, a storage fee is that 300 yen per one package per day will be charged.
*We use a 40cm x 30cm x 50cm storage box. Even multiple small packages are considered one box if they fit into this storage box.

If a product is returned or exchanged for personal reasons after it arrives at JP Clover Port, the above fees will be charged.
Note : Shipping charges for returns and exchanges are not included. Therefore, if a return or exchange occurs, please pay the total amount of handling fee + shipping charges.

Note : If we receive 3 single items weighing 30 kg or more, the fee is 9,000 yen.Shipping costs will be charged separately.
