After logging in, go to your account page. You will see a button to delete your account.
From the login screen, click on “Forgot your password?” to reset your password.
About Ordering
We do not accept shopping at brick and mortar stores. Please enjoy shopping only in online stores.
Contact the store where you purchased the product immediately. If it has already been shipped, JP Clover Port will not be able to help you.
Note: For security reasons, the store cannot respond unless it is you.
If the customer purchases directly from the store, the cancellation procedure must be done by the customer.
In case of purchase by proxy, JP Clover Port will contact the store, but you will be charged a fee for returning or exchanging the delivered product.
In the interest of crime prevention, we cannot send the money to an address other than that of the person who confirmed it.
Please check the following embargoed items.
Please let us know what you have omitted from the list.
We will then check the items you purchased against the list you previously gave us.
We will then contact you by e-mail or What's Up.
We do not accept cash on delivery (COD) or payment on delivery.
Ordering: Purchase by proxy
We will inform you of the fee including handling charges after confirming the goods and charges. Please pay at that time.

If the selling price increases, please pay the additional amount by which the price increased.
If the price goes down, we will adjust the price by reducing it from the shipping cost.
If the person purchased the item, JP Clover Port will not be able to help you.
For security reasons, it is not possible for anyone to change the address except you.
We do not accept purchases on behalf of the following stores.
- No address or contact information is provided.
- Credit card payment is not available.
- The address is not in Japan. etc.
Receiving and delivery of packages
Ask the store where you purchased the item if you can have your order changed.
If it has already been delivered and you did not receive it in time, JP Clover Port will return or exchange it for a fee.
Contact the store where you purchased the product to find out when it will be delivered.
The maximum weight of one cardboard box is 30kg.
- Post Office : the weight is measured by actual weight.
- FEDEX : it is measured by volume weight and actual weight, and the heavier weight is applied.
Therefore, we make adjustments within a range not exceeding 30 kg.
We take hoidays, so we cannot.
Please coordinate to arrive on business days.
Payments
We accept payment in Japanese yen only.
Credit cards and PayPal are accepted.
Receiving packages from Japan
There is a possibility that your baggage may be lost or damaged due to opening during customs check.
We will start to file a claim for damages, so please prepare the following
- Please keep all boxes, goods, and packing materials received.
- Please take a picture of the entire box when the merchandise arrives.
- Please also take a picture of the entire product inside.
- Please go to the nearest post office with the delivery note, the received merchandise (the entire box), and the photo.
- After weighing the package at the post office, ask the post office to prepare a damage report (CN24).
- After submitting the damage report (CN24), you will receive a damage report. After that, please send us the photographed photos (of the box and goods) as an attachment to an e-mail.
After receiving the documents, we will start to request a damage doubling statement by Japan Post.
